You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our permission.

Videos and external links

The site embeds videos hosted on YouTube and links to third-party websites (such as event, series and partner sites). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Accuracy of information

We share our results, calendar and updates in good faith, but the site is provided on an “as is” basis. Event dates, results and other details can change, and we don't warrant that all information is complete or error-free.

Online store

We do not currently sell products through this site. When we launch our online store for rally car parts, separate terms of sale — covering pricing, orders, payment, delivery, warranties and returns under the Australian Consumer Law — will apply to any purchases, in addition to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
